Started in 1997, Srishti now serves global clients primarily big corporates, financial service companies, healthcare institutions and media companies. Headquartered in Bangalore, Srishti has offices in Delhi, Mumbai and London. Its wholly owned subsidiary IntelliApp is a United Kingdom based services provider. Key markets addressed by Srishti are UK, USA and India. Initiatives towards new markets like Middle East, Africa and East Asia are strongly in progress.

Srishti's core competence lies in Product development and Implementation. Srishti's all business lines: Healthcare, Knowledge Management and Outsourced Product Development (OPD) revolves around this core competence. In Healthcare area Srishti is engaged in developing and implementing its own product. "PARAS". Moreover it takes care of development effort of "ISABEL" in healthcare sector. In Knowledge Management, Srishti is one of the most preferred partners for Autonomy Implementation. Whereas in OPD, Srishti takes the client from Ideation to market leadership.
