Over the years, Ajay has received many accolades, which he believes are recognitions for each person who has contributed to Srishti.

Ajay is the Creator of the business vision and strategy of the organization with a focus on revenue maximization and profitability. Ajay firmly believes that ordinary people are capable of doing extraordinary things and key to this is creating highly charged teams. He takes a personal interest in developing teams and leaders. He invests considerable time as a faculty in Srishti's leadership development programs.
