Ravi Balagali - Vice President - Corporate Finance & Legal

Ravi is responsible for corporate finance and legal affairs at Srishti. He leverages his deep understanding of financial, statutory compliances, and legal matters to enhance the financial and legal strength of Srishti. He plays key role in Srishti's tax assessments regularly by coordinating with the various tax authorities and fulfills the legal requirements as required by the Companies Act.

Ravi holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (Costing & Taxation) from C S Institute of Business Education & Research Center.
